CFD Application Engineer (Ankara)

GÖREVLER VE SORUMLULUKLAR
• Firmanın düzenlediği pazarlama etkinliklerine teknik içerik hazırlanmasında yardımcı olmak, sunumlar hazırlamak, hazırlanan sunumları sunmak,
• Bilimsel ve/veya pazarlama değeri olan çalışmaları websitesi ve sosyal medya organlarında yayınlanmak üzere pazarlama departmanı ile beraber çalışmak,
• Analiz, simülasyon ve bilgisayar destekli mühendislik alanında kendini geliştirmek ve teknolojik gelişmeleri takip etmek,
• Kullandığı yazılımın güncel olarak kabiliyetlerini takip edebilmek ve öğrenebilmek amaçlı ilgili eğitim, webinar ve seminerlere katılmak, ilgili sertifikasyonları almak,
• Yardım masasına iletilen teknik destek taleplerine yönelik ilgili yönlendirmeleri gerçekleştirmek,
• Tüm dijital dosyaları (ANSYS dosyaları, sunumlar, vb.) dokümantasyon sistemine uygun şekilde dokümante etmek.

· Üniversitelerin Makine, Metalurji ve Malzeme, Havacılık, İnşaat, Gemi İnşaatı ve Gemi Makinaları Mühendisliği bölümlerinde lisans 4.sınıf veya yüksek lisans öğrencisi,
· Nümerik analiz ve CAE konularında temel seviyede bilgiye sahip / ilgili alanlarda ders almış,

Technical Account Manager

We are also the centerpiece of the largest ecosystem active in engineering simulation and relevant consultancy services in Turkey along with our solution partners, several of our areas of competence including FEA, CFD, electromagnetics, embedded software, material technologies, digital twins, and CAE software development.

Who we are – the group:
We are the technical account management (TAM) department operating under technical operations. We are responsible for ensuring our best customers use Ansys software, and other integrated CAE tools for that matter, as efficient and effective as they can, towards their goals in their ecosystem. To this end, we play the central role among all stakeholders – application engineers and salespeople in our company and the Ansys software users in our selected accounts.

The role of Technical Account Manager (Automotive):
Technical Account Manager basically

manages all the technical aspects of Ansys engineering simulation software processes in the selected few strategic accounts inautomotive ecosystem,

guides the company combining the trends in the engineering simulation software and the initiatives of theautomotive ecosystem,

To this end, he/she

conducts research on relevant accounts and corresponding CAE tool usage patterns and trends, and develops ideas about possible solutions,

maps the workflow of the accounts and users and evaluates the relevant opportunities and solutions within this scope,

makes preliminary technical preparations with the meeting participants in Numesys in line with the needs of users,

manages technical meetings (product presentations, product updates, technical problems, etc.) conducted with users, by coordinating with the technical team if necessary

makes sure that the technical support requests from the existing eligible Ansys users are undertaken by the relevant persons, to provide guidance when necessary, to follow the relevant process

implements technical processes in the accounts creating action plans and putting them into practice after meetings with users, discussing pre-sales studies, preparing presentations/documents for users, coordinating training, following-up technical requests,

follows up on the new updates of Ansys products and ensures that they are delivered to the relevant users,

completes Ansys technical and sales certification process based on his/her area(s) of expertise,

follows up on the innovations (software/application based) within his/her area(s) of expertise and the ecosystem and informs the department about these regularly

researches for new business opportunities based on users’ applications (research for sample applications, ecosystem scanning, researching Ansys documents, and so on)

promotes the use of related Ansys software, evaluating user training requests related to various opportunities and business development activities with solution options such as Ansys Learning Hub (ALH), Numesys Learning Portal (NLP), general training(s), special training(s), in coordination with the Training Department,

follows the participation of the users by checking the webinar and training participant lists and evaluates the reasons for participation and takes action if necessary,

plans user conference days if needed (deciding on the content, determining the employees who will make the presentation, scheduling the time, determining the participants, etc.)

participates in marketing/academic events and conferences for/with Numesys and Ansys,

carries out personal development studies on products/applications assigned in the department (with the aid of ALH/NLP, Numesys and Ansys documentation),

performs technical account workshop presentations that include past studies and future plans for the relevant account(s).

The main stakeholders for the Technical Account Manager are:

existing and prospective Ansys users in the selected accounts in the automotive ecosystem (hereinafter referred as “users”),

respective enterprise/strategic/territory account managers in Numesys (who are in charge of sales and administrative tasks) for the selected accounts in the automotive ecosystem, with whom he/she will work daily,

application engineers and their respective business unit managers in Numesys with whom he/she will coordinate relevant technical tasks,

other technical account managers responsible from enterprise accounts and other ecosystems,

business development managers in Numesys active in designated fields,

other functional department managers and employees in Numesys.

Who we look for – hard skills-related:

B.Sc. degree from reputable universities in mechanical, aerospace, civil, electrical and electronics engineering – M.Sc./ Ph.D. is preferred

7+ years of experience in automotive industry preferably in technical account management, engineering simulations, CAE workflows, engineering management or project management

Competency in various CAE software, preferably in engineering simulation

Competency in common business software and Google applications

Competency in at least one programming language is a plus

• Müşterilerimizin yüksek başarımlı hesaplama (HPC) sistemleri ile ANSYS yazılımlarının entegrasyon sürecinde müşterilerimize destek olmak,
