ACCOUNT MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned set of accounts, and is responsible for maximizing sales profitability, growth and account penetration. The role sells products and services directly to end users primarily via face-to-face contact.
Responsibilities
• Performs sales activities for new and renewal business for a set of accounts to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives,
• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products and services,
• Creates and conducts sales presentations to match company’s products/services with identified needs. Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services,
• Sells products/services through telephone as well as face-to-face contact,
• Remains knowledgeable and keeps abreast of the company’s new and existing products/services to facilitate sales efforts,
• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential,
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers,
• Creates and maintains account plans for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities,
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting and technical services groups,
• Maintains sales records and prepares sales reports as required,
• Provides accurate forecasts for new sales and renewal revenues,
• Participates in trade shows and conventions; schedules training and seminars to enhance new business opportunities,
• Maintains regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction,
• Maintains a regular schedule of contact via phone/on-site visits,
• Alerts client to new or improved products/services,
• Develops relationships with clients,
• Relays client feedback to relevant department.
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or bachelor’s degree with technical sales experience,
• Minimum 3 years sales experience with a proven track record of success,
• Demonstrated understanding of engineering physics and technology,
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English,
• Minimum travel of 50%

Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and organize the business relationship for one or more channel partners to fulfil the agreed business plan targets.

• Partner Management: Supports the partner in their activities and takes concrete measures in order to increase sales of products,

Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of sales and account management experience,

TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS

What is this Role:
The Enterprise Account Team is looking for a driven and highly motivated Technical Account Manager (TAM). You will have responsibility for 1-2 Enterprise Accounts. The TAM functions as a true partner to our customers by listening to their needs and developing a deep working knowledge of their goals, key business initiatives, technical challenges and infrastructure configurations to deliver an outstanding experience. You closely work with the Enterprise Account Manager (EAM) to identify opportunities that will expand NUMESYS’ footprint, plan and prioritize the necessary technical activities to achieve the account growth plan. These activities span all ANSYS products and include pre- and postsales, as well as interfacing with the Technical Support, ANSYS Development and Marketing teams. Activities are executed by the appropriate teams aligned with the activity.
What You Will Be Doing:
• Establish a long term and sustainable relationship with the Enterprise Account(s) by aligning ANSYS’ solutions with the client’s key business initiatives,
• Work collaboratively with the EAM, identify the necessary strategic long term and short term technical activities to achieve the overall sales goals with the agreement of the customer; procure the required resources from the technical teams to execute the activities,
• Identify areas of opportunity at the account to displace competition, add products, users and expand business,
• Review all technical support activities and work with the Technical Support Team Leaders to ensure follow-up and coaching for technical staff to ensure the quality goals are met,
• Ensure a close connection between the account team and ANSYS Development for effective response to all defects and enhancement requests, as well as to communicate customer needs for future releases and updates.
What You Will Need To Have:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline, MS or PhD degree preferred,
• A minimum of 7 years of experience, including post-BS academic experience, in customer support, customer consulting services, or related customer facing activities in a software engineering environment,
• Demonstrated understanding of ANSYS products, technology and how these tools are used in a particular customer segment(s); ability to understand, represent and effectively communicate all technical activities associated with the account across all physics and product lines,
• Ability to foster collaboration and coordination with personal distributed across multiple sites,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational and time management skills,
• Strong Project Management Skills, leadership and mentoring skills,
• Must have customer service aptitude and maintain customer focus,
• Ability to handle changing priorities, therefore be very adaptable in their approach, with a strong teamwork ethic,
• Fluent language skills in Turkish & English,
• Business travel up to 50% to Ankara and/or Eskişehir.

SENIOR CONSULTNG ENGNEER/EMBEDDED EXPERT/CFD

The Senior Consulting Engineer, Embedded Expert is on-site at our client in Ankara, Turkey to develop and enhance workflows for turbomachinery simulation. Preferred start date in March/April 2019.

Responsibilities

Increase the productivity of licensed ANSYS Programs by providing local technical support, creating and disseminating best practices along with training and guiding the modelling and simulation community within our client,
Help assess ANSYS CFD methodology changes with typical client, drawing conclusions from results obtained and helping to guide future direction,
Facilitate engagement with the broader NUMESYS technical organization for advanced support and identification of best practice workflows, as well as sharing client’s needs for feature enhancements and defect fixes,
Help optimize current client workflows using ANSYS or third-party software,
As time permits, assist client in applying ANSYS technology to alternative application areas by understanding client’s business needs through face-to-face interactions. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical discipline,
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a role as a Technical Services Engineer or in a similar organization’s customer support, consulting services or related customer-facing activities,
A minimum of 4 years of experience in use of relevant ANSYS software or other commercial software,
Broad experience in the application of structural mechanics, preferably with ANSYS Software,
Demonstrated problem solving skills,
Thorough understanding of the Product Development process,
Ability to work independently, as well as with others in a diverse team environment,
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and to communicate effectively with customers,
Demonstrated skills in writing and presenting in fluent English,
Turkish citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the use of CAD software is a plus,
Must have passion and drive for personal technical excellence and high performance,
